Taiga Yoryou (容量　タイガ Youryou Taiga) is the Stage 3 Boss of Adamantine Memory Blade.

Personality

Taiga is a cheerful and friendly person who tends to slack off, though he can get very serious if required to.

Abilities

Taiga is able to absorb and discharge electricity from his body. Basically, he is able to use his body as a capacitor.

Taiga's attack style is based off of taking damage and strengthening his attacks depending on how much damage is inflicted on him. Since Teiki's ability is to create electricity, this means that Taiga is similar to a natural enemy.

Occupation

As of the ending of Adamantine Memory Blade, he is still overseeing the factory.

Backstory

Before reincarnation, Taiga was an engineer working in a robot factory, similar to in Daiten Daichi. One day, a truck driver backed up into the factory and the impact knocked down part of the wall, crushing the lower half of his body.

Origin

Taiga was created along with the other non-robot cast members for stages 1-5. He was developed over the course of development.

Name

His chosen last name, Yoryou, is a direct reference to his ability to act as a living capacitor. His first name was probably arbitrary, as he was originally a minor character.

Before death, his name was Alwin Jansen, though Taiga (Tijger) was still his nickname back then because he was a loner with a tendency to beat the shit out of people when they pissed him off. Original name decided upon May 2, 2017.

Design

Taiga wears a long sleeved uniform decorated with various patterns. He has slightly spiky blonde hair and blue eyes. His long clothing hides the fact that a large portion (specifically, everything from the waist and below) of his body is artificial.

Physically, Taiga's rather muscular, with a tall build (though not as tall as Raiden).

Relationships

Teiki

Taiga maintains a professional relationship with Teiki, since they work together on projects around the Village of the Androids and in the Factory. In addition, Teiki provides alternative services for the town, allowing Taiga to do other tasks.

Raiden

Taiga has a strange relationship with Raiden due to two of his defining features: one, he doesn't really like working, and two, he's Raiden's superior. Most of the time, they have a slightly cute but otherwise solely cooperative relationship that is probably as boring for shonen-ai lovers to watch as a movie on maintaining infrastructure is to people used to cars blasting out from the second floor of a graffiti covered building.
